- The voluntary dissolution of the association may only be resolved by a two-thirds majority of the valid votes cast in a general assembly and with the consent of the President.
- This general assembly shall also – if assets of the association exist – decide about their liquidation. It shall, in particular, appoint a liquidator and resolve to whom the liquidator should transfer the remaining assets of the association after any liabilities have been met. If possible and permissible, these assets shall be given to IMS Europe – Nail Vertriebs GmbH, and otherwise to an organisation with the same or similar purposes to those of this association.
