14. Auditors

  • Two auditors shall be elected by the general assembly for a term of four years. Re-election is possible. With the exception of the general assembly, the auditors may not belong to any organ whose activities are subject to audit.
  • The auditors are responsible for the on-going control of the association’s business, as well as auditing the financial management of the association with regard to proper accounting and the use of funds in accordance with the statutes. The management committee shall provide the auditors with all necessary documents and information. The auditors shall report the findings of the audit to the management committee.
  • Legal transactions between the auditors and the association require approval by the general assembly. Otherwise, the provisions of point 11 paragraphs 8 to 10 apply analogously.
