- Only VIP-members and honorary members have a right to vote in the general assembly, as well as the right to vote and stand as a candidate in elections.
- Every member has the right to view the Statutes on the association’s home page.
- At least one tenth of the members may demand that the management committee summons a general assembly.
- The management committee shall inform the members about the activities and financial management of the association at every general assembly. If at least one tenth of the members demand such information, stating reasons, the management committee shall also otherwise provide this information to the relevant members within four weeks.
- The members shall be informed about the audited accounts by the management committee (reporting). If this takes place at the general assembly, the auditors shall be present.
- The members have a duty to promote the interests of the association to the best of their ability and to refrain from any activity that could harm the reputation and purpose of the association. They must abide by the association’s statutes and the resolutions of the organs of the association. VIP-members, ordinary members and extraordinary members undertake to pay the joining fee and membership fees punctually and in the amount agreed by the general assembly.
